Default 200 Rear Tire Conversion!

Hey guys! Brand new to the forum, and new to the Harley life as well. 👍🏻 I sold my 02' Triumph TT600 street bike for a 2000 Harley sportster 883 with a 1200 conversion. I've been riding her all season and there's no turning back!!

With winter coming I'm already collecting parts to take her from an average sportster to a compleatly custom ride. So with that being said I'll be stopping by from time to time for all of your advice. Haha The biggest modification I want to do is slap a 200 rear tire on there. I've seen all these kits go for big bucks but I'm considering just assembling the whole kit myself. If anyone has done a 200 conversion chime in and let me see it!!! The other reason I want to get everything separate is because I can modify as I go. I want to do a chain conversion (which will need to be offset). Chop the fender up so its a bit shorter and tighter to the tire, and relocate the turn signals/break light.

Any tips or advice will greatly be useful! Thanks!

If you ride a lot take it from someone who has a 200 rear tire they don't last long.....

If i didnt like my bike so much i would dump it for that simple fact....5k miles if you don't do burnouts and just ride "normal"
