Default Led signals, resistors

Hey guys, I have a 98 sportster that had LED eBay special turn signals. They stay on and don't flash. Was told I need to use resistors to get them to flash. Anyone know what size resistors I need?

Look for an 'LED load balancer'. Bunch folks make them and they aren't expensive. Usually a simple plug and play application.

The reason they don't blink is they are a much lower load than normal bulbs and your current flasher unit won't work. You can either get a load equaliser, which will put things right, or replace your flasher unit with an LED-specific one. Badlands is one brand that make both units, but there are others. I suspect you will find that the cost for both is similar, so my choice would be a new flasher unit.
