Default Had a Sportster once

Had a 1981 Sportster. Totaled it in a collision with a cage. The cage will win every time. Here are a few pics. It was a fun bike. I like the way they look. I am much too big for one now...You guys ride safe!

You must be a really big guy.

I'm 6'3", 240, and both my sportsters still work for me. I sure won't claim they're more comfortable than the Tour Glide, though. Or even my Honda Helix scooter.

I have no plans to give up my 1200, that's one fun bike, for the first 100 miles anyway...

I out weigh you by at least 60 lbs. Your still a runt....Enjoy those sporties, I did while it lasted. After the crash on the sporty, which gave me a left leg broke in 4 places, cracked skull in 2 places and lost the sight in my left eye, I went and bought a brand new Lowrider. Had to build a special shoe so I could shift. Was in a cast for 6 months, rode everyday. Crutches strapped to the bike. Was a site to see....
