Question 1989 sportster rear pipe?

I notice the rear drag pipe is angled a little lower than the front...The steel mount that supports it does not seem bent nor is the pipe loose...
Thanks for any input.....

If you loosen up the pipe from the head on back you can usually get them to line up. You might even be able to use a router bit but I have never tried it.
