I'm trying to remove a voltage regulator on my 07 883 sporty, however I've run into a tough spot as the screws stripped. I've used the easy outs but was only able to remove one of the screws. Is there any other way to get these things out?

 

Use a Dremel with a cutting disk, cut a slot into the head 3/4 the depth of the head. Grab a medium to large flat tip, if it fits tight in the slot use it to remove screw, if it is too tight widen slot slightly until it is a tight fit. My flat tips have a square shank, so you can use a wrench for extra leverage if needed. Good luck

weld a nut to the stripped head and be done with it
be sure to remove terminals the battery before ya do this

 

Drill the head off and be done with it. You're probably more likely to own a drill than a welder, no?
