Default no reserve on 07 883C
is this correct? it's EFI but the 883 doesn't have the warning light, so it's just a matter of watching the trip meter?

That seems dangerous

I think if you check your owners manual you will find the low fuel indicator light shown.

It shows it but lists the 1200s not the 883

ok I am stupid... the manual lists 1200 under the pic of the low fuel indicators... I assumed that that meant it was exclusive to those models. the HD site lists it on the the 883C

damn I had a smile on my face riding it home from the dealer today - even thogu it was raining

Don't be surprised when you see the Low Fuel Light warning and still have 1/2 of the tank of fuel to go...

It has it.I use to have an 07 883.Traded it for the 1200.

You'll get about 70-75 miles before the light comes on. I've pushed my 883R to 120 miles.

The low fuel light comes on at 1/3 of a tank on both the 883 and 1200.
