Default Suggestions for a new seat?

Hello, I am looking for suggestions for a more comfortable seat. I currently using the stock seat which is great for my height, I am 5'4. However, it is not that comfortable on long rides. I have tried the LaPera Aviator which brought me closer but too close but the seat width was too small LOL! Anyway, I do not want to keep buying and returning so I am here to ask your suggestions.

I am looking at the following:
Mustang 15 in. Wide Vintage Solo Seat - 76150
Mustang 12 1/2 in. Vintage Style Solo Seat - 76159
Mustang 15 in. Wide Vintage Solo Seat w/Removable Backrest - 79429
Sundowner Solo Seat Part Number 52000203

Thanks for you help!!

I have the mustang vintage solo and I love it! I'm sure the other mustang seats will be just as comfortable.

The sundowner seat has had good reviews also, and I am always seeing used ones on Craigslist in the $150 range.

I went through some seats also before ending up happy.

Sundowner - put me up higher and closer, and I didn't like that. Made my butt numb.
Mustang Fastback - not comfortable enough.
Mustang Vintage Solo (76159) - my current seat. I'm VERY happy with it. The position feels great, and I can ride for hour plus trips and I feel good. I got the rear seat to go with it too. Thumbs up.

Mustang vintage solo, definitely! Much more comfortable, plus I stay put. No more sliding forward every time I brake.

I have a sundowner on an 05 roadster. I routinely do 1000 mile days no problem.

Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. Got family in MN! How about a Corbin Classic Solo? Our Corbin is great and Mrs B and I have travelled on it widely in complete comfort, for many years. Looks great on a Sporty and worth considering.

X2 - Same set-up & love it!
From the research I did, the Mustang Vintage seemed to be the most popular Sporty seat.
I prefer the look of the standard Vintage compared to the wide, but I'm sure the wide might add even more comfort.

I have the mustang vintage 12 inch solo with backrest - but it is too firm for me - had to buy a gel pad or backside goes numb after an hour. I'm looking into if I can remove any padding or may return it. I've only had it a couple of weeks.
