Anybody know where I can get something like this a little closer to home. I like to buy made in the USA.

Looks like that has the backrest, rack, and paniers all builtin together.

You might want to download the P&A catalog (PDF), I believe HD has
a fold-down type backrest and you could just add a rack. Granted,
it wouldn't all be integrated like that though.
(no paniers either)
