Default Lowering brackets

Has anyone used lowering brackets or blocks ? Any recommendation ?

I found cheap ones from Cali and China that are aluminum and I wonder if steel is stronger. The more expensive ones by burly brand are steel I think. I'm curious if anyone here knows if one metal will be stronger than the other or for the purposes of a lowering brackets will it not matter ??

Let me know what worked for you thanks.

Yes I know several brand names have them and some are steel and some are aluminum. The aluminum ones on eBay are less than 20 bucks. I just ordered a pair and I hope it doesn't snap.
