My new Nightster

My new Nightster
Just joined the forum. Today I went out and bought a 2007 Nightster down here in Houston! Bike was $14000 out the door inc T&T, etc etc. It has drag bars and foorward controls. Price is a little steep but I don't give a toss (oh sorry I am from England!). Only thing left to do now is to ride. We will be heading down to the ROT Rally in Austin at the end of the month.
For some reason I cannot embed a picture of my new bike here but will leave a picture of it on the gallery page, click on the camera icon to the right and it should appear.
Anybody know where to date a Harley chick? lol
Anyway, just wanted to say hi and god bless America!
Nathan

RE: My new Nightster
That's a great looking bike. Of course, they can't sell it like that in the UK: the chopped rear fender, sidemount plate and turn signals look waay too good to be legal here.
The side mount licence plate (with a legal plate on it)would double the width of your bike and act as a pretty effective air brake anyway.
Take care of it - you might even want to ship it home on two pallets as *ahem* "motorcycle spares" if and when you return to Blighty
