Default Sissy bar side plate help

Hi,
I'm a new member and I bought a 1993 xlh1200 last night. The first thing I want to do is get a sissy bar on here because my wife wants one...

I am looking at these braces:

But what confuses me is there is no hole for the turn signal bolt. My question is if it's possible to get the brackets but not relocate the turn signals?

I know I could relocate them, but I'm not sure I want to. I am thinking I could drill through the side plate to make a place for my turn signal, with a slot for the wire...

I see this brace, but cannot find where to buy it:

This send to be what I want with the signal hole and wiring slot.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Jake
