Default 1998 883XLH Noise issue.

Hi and thanks for having me.
I ride a 1998 883xlh completely stock except for exhaust. I have developed a kind of screaching, screaming noise. The noise starts after about a mile of riding. The noise stops during acceleration. It happens with the clutch in or out, in gear or out of gear and it is even there with the bike turned off if you push it fast enough. Sounds like it is coming from the front left of the engine. The noise gets faster or slower depending on the speed of movement. It is not coming from the wheels and I have made sure the primary chain is adjusted properly as well as the clutch. This noise is driving me batshit crazy, can anyone give me any ideas on what else to check?

Thanks in advance for your help!
