Why would you increase the risk of injury to yourself because it's not required by law? Don't you think turn signals help keep you safer on the road? If brakes weren't required would you take yours off?

So you're willing to take the word of some website as to what's legal? It's a good data point, but you'd better do some research on the actual law. In many states, there's wording saying that if the vehicle was delivered with a given lighting configuration, that configuration cannot be changed. I ran afowl of it with a car in Massachusetts, but it would apply to a motocycle delivered with turn signals just as well.

I don't see a problem removing the front signals if you are allowed by law. How could that make it more dangerous?

turn signals not required!!
They may still require you to signal a turn using the traditionalhand signals for left and right turns.

If your going to turn left at a 4 way stop the cager in the opposite lane may think you're going to gostraight through the intersection rather then turn left. They may go straight as you turn left and run over you.
