high torque starter
Anyone have any advise on where to get one? After I put the 10.5:1 pistons in it cranks pretty slow now

Battery probably weak. I'm running 11.3:1 c.r. with no problems.

Why not compression release instead?

Check the basics, such as clean and tight battery connections, at both ends of the main cables, to ensure that your battery is able to deliver max power. You could also check charging, to ensure that is in good order.

I got mine on Amazon. The stock one had no troubles, but I just wanted to upgrade.
