I agree.
There was a chapter(?) of The Pagan's that was housed across the street from my home (originally from DE).
This is reminiscent of what I would see all the time in the early seventies (+/-).

That was the idea when I decided to build it. I grew up with the old 60's Choppers. I had this bike and when I had to replace the frame on it, I knew what I wanted to do. I had the correct bike (1962 XLCH) all I had to do was the full custom job on it.

I'm not sure who they were but, there was a clubhouse down the street when I started school in Portland, OR early/mid-seventies.
