Default carb

Well at least the fuel tank liner is fixed and not peeling anymore causing my bike to stall now the carb is acting up again. I know it needs cleaned because its leaking gas from the secondary hose again. The dealer fixed the problem already once 3 weeks ago he cleaned it out took the carb apart. Now today I drove it and its doing the same thing it idles pretty low below 700 rpm and I notice the carb acting up. Needs another cleaning but this is rediculous, every month it shouldn't do this. So in the meantime I just crack the fuel valve just enough so it won't leak seems to help kinda and the ideling rpms are at 1000. Bike ran perfect yesterday and past few weeks and all the sudden this? Called dealership they will fix for nothing the manager said. But even though I have hardly anytime to keep going back and forth to the dealer to keep fixing the same problems that keep coming up.... Should they just replace the Carb?
