I can't thank you enough... Obviously I have that "itch" you all know that feeling I'm sure! I've sent the exact deal to 3 others so far... That say they won't get beat on price, so yes I'm also taking that advice and playing them against each other...and yes the $14,500, is with the TTL, etc... I'll be excited to show pics after the deal is made.... I also wish my "haggle" skills were a little better. No time like the present to sharpen them!

[EDIT: Mis-read your post.]

Sometimes it pays to shop at the end of the month if a dealership is trying to make a sales quota.

However, do YOU feel good about the deal?

Yeah, you could spend hours and hours trying to get $500-1000 off in price but with that gift card, you sorta have that "built in" especially if (1) you feel you've got a good deal and (2) as you have stated you are already looking to buy accessories.

Good luck.

Can ANYONE tell me what kind of deal this is, "Typical" "Good" "Go find another Deal", etc...this is my first bike and would appreciate some insight.
Kingwood HD??

They are screwing you. Call all the Houston dealers and get their best prices over the phone. I called dealers between Beaumont, Houston, Austin, & San Antonio. Cowboy Austin quoted me a great price, and sent a text.
Walked into Mancuso Crossroads and then they beat Cowboys price.
If you have to travel a couple hundred miles to get a great deal , do it.
U haul rents motorcycle trailers for $15 per 24 hr period.

Wished I could have gotten 4.9% APR on mine, but living in Brazil the rate is normally 4% per month....I was lucky to get .99 per month. Yes its crazy here, not sure why I agreed to move here. But I did get R$2000 store credit and 20% off my first purchase.

I agree with Idahohacker - offer $1,000 off the sticker, and no freight and no dealer prep

I'm in Kingwood and I purchased a 2016 1200 custom in blue back in November. It's not the exact same bike but the MSRP was $11,249. I paid $10,300 out the door. I don't remember the exact figure on the bike but I want to say it was $9500 plus tax and a couple hundred for the title. Don't waste your time with the Houston dealers. I bought it at Cowboy Harley in Beaumont. This is the second bike I've bought from them. FYI I can throw a rock from where I live and hit the Kingwood Harley Dealer. No offense to the folks that work there, they are really nice, they just cant compete on price with Cowboy.
