My 1991 rear pedal has a rod that is adjustable (factory mids). Perhaps you can retrofit an earlier version of forwards that have an adjustable rod?

No. Won't work your m/c is bolted to the engine and the 04-13 bikes its mounted on the frame under the rear motor mount.

You would have to cut one end off and thread it to put an adjustable hem joint.

My 2005 Sportster XL883 Standard does not have an adjustable brake rod. My pedal is about 3/4" too low for me. I would think that somebody would have fabricated a screw-on pedal cover (or clamshell style) in different thicknesses for an easy fix. Does one exist?
