Default Best 2 into 1 exhaust for Iron 883

So I suppose depending on the application of the exhaust it seems that the 2 into 1 exhaust provide the best power in a wide range. I'm doing a lot of street riding and like taking long rides. By no means with intentions of racing etc. Just want the most "fun" out of an exhaust. Loud, fast and fun.

Any one have specific experience with any 2 into 1 exhaust?
Ive seen on one of the forums how some of these exhausts stacked up on the dyno. Noticed that the Two Brothers 2 into 1 did better than the Roland Sands.
Thoughts?
They also mentioned about a ground clearance issue with the TBR exhaust system while taking turns.

Opinions on the Vance and Hines 2 into 1 comp series?

Right now I'm leaning towards the TBR 2 into 1.

Default RevZilla site

Type in your bike year into Revzilla, and you'll get all the parts and Exhaust that are compatible with your Bike.

I was looking at the 2 into 1 myself and was leaning to the Arlen Ness F-Bomb by Magnaflow. , but have decided on the V&H Grenades.

I sure love my Samson powerflow III 2-1 it has a good tone and has tons of mid range power works great on a 1200 but would be good on an 883

I hate to agree with this comment but I figured I would enjoy the 883 with a new intake and exhaust although not a 2 into 1. Got the 1200 and torque gets me out of bed and gives me a reason to get to work in the morning.

The Patriot Defender turns out the best numbers for a 2-1 pipe.

However, you want loud, fast and fun, not racing...so you probably won't be able to tell the difference between them.

Some fun might be building (or sketching out and having someone else weld up) your own 2-1 pipe. Below is what I did with an Exhaust Builders Kit for my Sportster.

Another option is to modify your own exhaust you have right now. You can get a great sound and performance out of them with very little $ and a little work.

I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the classic Harley sound, and also with the significant increase in power.

Here are a couple of vids on how, and what the results look and sound like...if you still want 2-1 after that, you are not out much $ at all.

right, why play games. why waste $397+ on fancy, highfalutin pipes when you have low output* to begin with?

http://www.dkcustomproducts.com/NRHS...?productId=264

$699+ crap slip-ons/modded stockers w/thunder torque inserts $27+ highflo a/c (?, more air... however you get it)= better bet. then worry about silly pipes to impress people you don't even know.

* relatively

not being a hobby/fun hater. just being honest. you will not see any monster gains from going 2-1 on an 883, you can see this echo'd in the comments above. get a basic noise set until you boost the power. a sub-$300 set or 2-1 will do you fine... or maybe slip-ons or some cliche vance and hines crap
