Yeah, I wasn't very impressed with the anti-rotation device either. Seems to me like it needs alot more flat 'contact area' to avoid digging
into the case....

My winter project is rocker boxes gaskets and new breathers. and rocker lockers too. or those other ones, i dunno.. something to Try to quiet the sewing machine under my gas tank, while im in there.

yeah, i'm gonna give them a call on that later. may need to weld on a flat/fat portion. been there for years and now this.

call Jagg/setrab about it. the guy i spoke to said he had heard of the anti-rotation device digging into the engine and that he would have expected the the aluminium device to give before the case. He sent me out some new ones and said to double them up or us them as a template for a custom version. fair enough considering i bought it years ago.

well him and the case were right because both happened. the oil cooler adapter did dig a little hole and it rounded off as well.

cleaned up the area and took a look.

Hose added... it's not pretty but, it's done. will beautify after the chaos simmers down.
