Ok, that's one way to look at it I guess. What I got out of it
is that at my 'performance level', I don't even need to touch
the TB/manifold, no need to send $100 to HP - so $0 out of pocket
in this area...

Go for it. What does the s&s 1200/1250 full hooligan kit cost over there vs what you are planning. Would it be cheaper or more?
