Cleaning Whitewalls on Sportster 72
I just bought a used 2013 Sportster 72. Only 3,200 miles, but the front tire looks more like brown walls than white walls.
I took a sponge and some soap and it does get cleaner. I'm thinking it will go way faster if I get some of those Magic Eraser Abrasive sponges.
My question is. How thick is the white material? I'm worried about scrubbing it with abrasives and going through the white.

Easiest thing ever to clean white walls: an SOS pad. Some people use ScotchBrite pads but you have to do quite a bit of rubbing with those. A wet SOS pad will clean white walls in literally less than a minute, and will not damage them at all. They will be as white as the driven snow.
I defy anyone to find something that cleans a whitewall faster or better. Or cheaper!

Ok, I have some SOS pads, but I was worried something that strong would just sand the white off.
