December Riding
This is amazing, I put my bike away for the winter last month. We had 6" of snow here just a few days ago. Now it's so warm here in Wisconsin I took it out today for a ride and I'm keeping it out for at least a week. This may sound strange to those who can ride all year but for us WOW.

You can thank El Nino.
According to NOAA, El Niño has an 80 percent chance of lasting into early spring 2016. NOAA also reported that there is a greater than 90 percent chance of El Niño lasting through the upcoming winter.
So enjoy the ride this El Nino season. In my part of town, its riding season year around so can't fathom not being able to ride.

I usually ride year round anyways here in Missouri, just avoiding the periods where we have snow/ice etc on the roads or extremely low temps like teens and below (COLD for this area, usually dont get much below 0 but it happens a few times a year) which since I've been riding the longest gap I've went without riding is about 3 weeks max.
Luckily for me the weather lately have been decent weather for commuting rides with clear and dry roads and lows being in the low 30's and upper 20's with highs in the high 40's to low 50's.... And I HAVE TO currently ride to get to work since the transmission in my truck is toast... really sucks bumming rides for hunting. but my chaps were a great investment that I bought a few months ago. And Honestly the worst riding months for me are January and February.
