Default Rev to toot!

When i'm at a red light and the cager in front of me is not moving after the light turned green, I'll give it a good throttle instead of the horn and the guy usually takes off like he's on the quarter mile.

Anyone else does this?

Probably the way to go. Some act like you just slapped their Mamma if you give the horn a short beep. I may need some louder pipes!

I throttle first then if they dont move use the horn. If I had a stock horn, I would not hesitate using it since its so soft and only a beep beep sound i.e. non-intrusive. If I use my horn now, they will jump....perhaps a good thing if they are texting or using their cell while driving.

I rev too. It just sounds so much better and more authoritative. Probably louder than the little horn anyway !

I don't typically sit behind anybody at a red light. We don't have to. We can legally split lanes to the front and I always do. Don't have to worry about being rear-ended this way as well. Don't have to take off in slow-motion with the sheep ahead of us either. Sure glad it's legal here. Sweet!!!
