My biggest fear is the same as what I've had with low mileage vehicles, they suddenly start seeing regular use and gremlins come out, dried up head gaskets, corroded injectors, etc.
congrats... all that saved money! show us!
run some seafoam through the gas tank a few times, swap the primary, engine, and brake fluids, ... do a 1000 mile service.
