I made my own lolly-pops and it's no hype all real. More torque and deeper sound.

No hype. There is a science behind how they work. Google exhaust gas reversion. Bike looks real nice by the way.

Bassani's never disappoint...sounds awesome. Is the exhaust with or without baffles and with or without TTIs?

Also post the video of your Bassani on here....created this thread so other forum members could hear the different types of exhaust systems if they are in the market for an exhaust upgrade.

The clip is without baffles.

First sound is without TTI's.
Second startup is with TTI's.

Not convinced yet on them. My friction zone moved out to the edge of my lever which I'm not a fan of. But not sure if that is because of the TTI's or another symptom.

Clutch adjust? Do you have the stock spring plate in the clutch pack? Rubbermounts are well known for destroying spring plates.

TTIs have nothing to do with clutch lever friction zone and likely caused by another issue....all TTIs do functionally is reduce reversion.

Don't know what the clutch pack is.. But I have a 2015 model. Was gonna turn the clutch adjuster nut on the front of the frame under the rubber boot to see if that resolves the issue.

Just saw this thread.

Yes, the TTI's work. Whether you notice it or not, you picked up 7-12% in low and mid range torque. You will get a bit better MPG also, all things being equal (meaning you don't twist the throttle more to hear those bad boys). lol

Regarding your clutch, as hcsic mentioned, there is nothing that the TTI's do that could possibly affect your friction zone/clutch adjustment.

It either needs an adjustment on the cable (like you mentioned you're going to try), or an adjustment inside the derby cover (the cover you remove to refill your primary/transmission).

I really like the sound you're getting out of those Bassinis!
