On 2004+ Harley changed the triple tree and removed the rubber dampeners... So only the engine is rubber mounted.

They are double t drag bars.

The stock mirrors don't vibrate as bad, but they have huge built in rubber mounts.

Some think that the balance cams in a TCb Softail motor refer to the valve cams but it refers to this driven off the crank. Most all modern large 4 cylinder car motor have balance cams. My Toyota 4x4 has two driven off the cam chain. My Honda CRV has them driven off and behind the oil pump
