First one I've seen relocated on the top triple tree.

Thanks for the pic, exactly what I had in mind myself.

OK, with the Drag Specialties mount, once the signals are on there they block access to the bolt that holds the clamp together. How did you guys torque this? I can't get a regular allen wrench on there, much less anything that will fit a torque wrench. I guess I'll have to put the spacers on to get anything on there.

Check post #39...same issue. I mentioned that you need to tilt the turn signal just slightly but in a position that you can set the signals. Use a long allen so you it does not take up space and you can tighten with a torque wrench. If you set it straight across perpenicular to the fork, you will have no space to tighten the clamp. Hope that makes sense. Should be slightly tilted torwards the ground anyway since your fork is angled up.

Yea... long allen. My chances of finding one on a Friday night or Saturday in this one horse town are skinny. Thanks though.

Post #42 shows the angle/tilt I used (last pick above my signature pic). Long allen can be purchased at any auto parts store...like oreilly, napa, carquest...or perhaps Walmart.

and btw....I meant tilt the turn signal (not the headlight...lol)

Pardon my dumb question...since I am also planning to install batwing fairings on my fork, I noticed your mounts are below the lower triple tree. what part of the fork is stationary and what part moves as the suspension for the front wheel. I am assuming the lower portion of the fork below the triple tree is the moving part.
