Default Possible ignition issue

howdy...so I am cruising down the road when all of a sudden, my digital odometer disappears, the speedometer is stuck at 60mph and the turn signals along with the horn do not work.
So, I reach down and jiggle the ignition key and everything comes back on. I am thinking that I need a new ignition switch; anybody have any ideas?
Thanks,
Dirt

I would check the wires & connections on the back of the ignition switch...if they are all solid, then it might be time for a new switch.
