Default What's in your daily/trip tool roll?

Just wondering what everyone keeps on their bike or takes with them for trips. I'd like to make a roll or pouch to carry with me always on my bike, that has everything I need for reasonable adjustments on the road.

Do you carry some basic sets? Or do you carry only tools very specific to the sizes required for your bike?

Safety wire and zip ties. If that can't get me home, cell phone and CC. For long rides that is a whole nother story!

my bike is easy, leatherman that I always carry, big crescent wrench, a 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, and a standard set of allen wrenches. With that I can almost take the whole bike apart. Pliers and screwdrivers are on the leatherman

Tire plug kit with foot pump in the saddle bags. Crescent wrench, Leatherman tool in the fork bag. I also never leave home without my rain gear. Cell phone is always on me in case its more serious than a simple flat.
