I do but it is the 27 that just came to mind first because it is the one I have used the most lately.

17 inches from the 1st of June to second week of July. We'd gladly pumped most of that out to Cali if we had a pipe. Farmers are hosed around here.

Daily riding is CC and cell phone.

On trips, I carry this bag.

Have only had to use the tools once on a trip for the Sporty...but have helped many others with it on various trips.

If I've done any recent work on the bike, I'll put the tools I used in the saddle bag and keep them with me for a ride or two, just in case anything needs to be adjusted or tightened.

Other than that, I don't carry any tools except a Gerber multitool. I try to keep the bike in top shape, to minimize any unexpected breakdowns. My insurance policy does include roadside assistance, should things go really bad. Otherwise I'm usually in range to call a friend and have them bring you something if needed.

I use the tool kit that originally came with my 2009 Ultra Classic.
Each time I do a maintenance , I start with my on-bike set and if I need another tool , more than once , I add it to the saddlebag kit.
A quality 3/8" drive torx bit set and the same in allen wrenches were the first expansion of the kit and stay with the bike.
A small blue locktite bottle in a small ziplock bag is always on board also.
I found a pretty cool wratchet wrench that is short and one side is 1/4" and the opposite side is 3/8" drive.
The kit is always evolving and expanding with usage and need.

I do the same thing! I think everyone should. Whatever tools you just used to change whatever, bring those with you, and possibly bring the items too. Like when I put a new gascap on, I didn't know how it would fit with my tank bib, so I brought my old one along too, just in-case.

Default Tools tools tools

Every time I do something to the bike I add whatever wrench, Torx bit or allen i used to do it with. i.e. I have a screwdriver for my seat and wrenches for my cables and allens for my air cleaner. I can adjust my primary chain or windshield whenever, wherever.
