Flyscreen Windshield

Don't have one myself, have a different and bigger one myself, but read these reviews :
I do like that minimalistic look, and now I am tempted to get one...
The fitting brackets seem real good and aesthetically I like it. More than my current universal fitting ( read : not properly fitting ) tombstone shield.
Let us know how it helps please. Especially if it redirects the air above your head ? Or is it just chest area where it will work.
As I simply don't like to drive long highway trips without a shield of somekind. My body (size?) on my Iron with my openface helmet, above 55 or 60, the helmet starts to move upwards, lifting my head... not that nice of a feeling. Tried the HD quick release shield, the big one, worked well. But didn't like the look of it, simply way too big on an Iron. Now driving with the universal fitting Tombstone shield, much smaller, cheaper too, works OK, but since it is universal looks like it is a DIY fitment not properly done. I guess You get what You pay for.

Flyscreen Windshield
Not that, but I recently ordered a Dart flyscreen (http://www.dartflyscreens.com/produc...dson-sportster). I'm expecting it to arrive early next week, and will post a report and pics when it does.

I used the Flyscreen on my 2007 XL1200R as I really don't like a big windshield on a Sportster. Adjusted correctly, it does what it is designed to do, keep the wind off your chest at 65+ mph so you don't feel you are being pushed off the bike. The wind was diverted to hit me in the throat/chin area which was fine. I wear a full face modular and get no helmet bobble. I wrote a review of it which is on the XLFORUM.
On my 2014 48, I am using the Harley Compact Sport Wind Deflector. I think it fits the look of the 48 better than the National Cycle Fly screen. I have heard good things about the DART also.
I can highly recommend any of these for those who do not want a full windshield or need one. If you want no air hitting you at all, then don't get one. But if all you want to do is have no wind trying to push you off the bike and you wear a helmet that fits correctly with some kind of shield, then it is great for what it does. I commute to work on highways at speeds between 60-70 mph and can ride at those speeds all day long and not get tired from the wind.

I did, but if there aren't hundreds of reviews for a product I tend to lean 50-50 on overall performance. Too many people out there writing fake reviews.
Thanks for the input my fellow HD riders.

I have a Dart Flyscreen on my 883. It does a good job of keeping the wind off your chest, but it directs it's right at your head. Mine came with my bike when I bought it, and I did take it off for a while. There was a noticeable difference in the amount of pressure on my chest when it was removed.
It mounts very solid and looks good.
