Default 2015 Forty Eight Folding Tag Bracket

Can anyone tell me how to remove the stock OEM folding tag bracket? Is it a part of the plastic under fender or can it be separated from it? Tried looking under there to get an idea but couldn't quit figure it out. Want to have a plan in place instead of just start removing everything the find out it wasn't needed to.

Thanks!!!

looks like it bolts on behind the fender strut.

The one in the link above is the aftermarket one. That is not the same as the U.S. Factory side mount.

I got it off today. It was riveted to the fender. Easy to remove along with the reflectors .
