I've also got a 2015 48. I have the 12" mini apes with 2" risers, I went with a longer brake and clutch cable. I also put on the HD tan solo seat and love it.
Some more mods that I have done:
6" ext to forward controls
HD sissy bar
2 1/4" tank lift/wire tuck
removed the pulley cover and put on Roland Sands pulley guard
Wyatt Gatling 2" slipons
Future Machine K&N high flow intake
HD black "shotgun" heat shields
