Actually... they're not. That's why Harley has taken itself out of the biz.
They know what a whole lot of people are figuring out these days; loud pipes
are going to bring down a serious storm of civilian action on bikers real soon.

The folks in my burb are wanting something modeled after the above. It doesn't cover chainsaws or snowblowers (we have snow in our area) save for certain hours of the day. Asa motorcyclist, (not yet a Harley owner, but getting there)I'm aminority on our councilbut I'm not there much longer.
Car stereos that can be heard outside the vehicle are already being targeted.
