Default Tranny Cover

I drained the tranny oil this morning so that I could change it but now thatI have the bike completely drained, I can't get the side cover off so that I can refill it. I have ruined two screw drivers in the process of trying to get it off. Does anyone have any ideas?

Do you mean the round cover? You do not have to remove the cover to fill, just take the small chain inspection cover off, put 32oz primary case oil in and you are good to go.
Did you mean the bolt head is striped or the cover got stuck on the case?

Impact driver 20-30$ at Sears, a must have tool for removing screws on a bike.

Actually, the head of the screwdriver stripped. The bolt is completely fine. It is the screwdriver that has seen better days. Thanks. Is that chain inpection cover the rectangular one?

Yes, you got it, the one with 2 allen screws, just use a funnel on an angle.

I stripped off one of my primary screws last time I changed the fluid luckily I got it out but next time I'm refilling through the chain inspection cover like 128auto said.
