Anybody know how long they've been putting the round A/C's on the new 72's? Also, will they fit on any Sportster without mods or extra hardware?

 

Since they started making them.

I'm think it should fit but I'm not 100% sure. It may only work for later models.

 

I've put one on my 2012 XLC, piece of cake...

 

I have one, it was on my Nightster for a while.
It just bolts on, real easy mod and gives better leg room on the bike.

 

I have one on my '15 Forty-Eight

 

I have one on my 2011 "48". Just go to any Harley dealer and order as a replacement part. I think mine was about $140.00.
