I think the only one I really like is the Harley one ( 57070-97DH ). Currently out of stock of course...

You must be very new.

There is nothing you buy from HD once you get your bike. 57070-97DH is available from lots of resellers (it does not look as good as mine, though - for me).

I've been riding my bike since 2007, put lots of miles on it, made many modifications, suffered some failures, replaced parts.

I never bought any parts from HD. Because I did my homework. I suggest you do yours.

Do you have any pictures? All I see is that is a locking kit

I have the MS Gauntlet on my Sporty.
Changed the bike totally as most of the wind is taken off your chest as you go over 60mph.
Can't seem to upload pics at the moment but I will upload some when I can

I tried 2 different memphis shades on my 883, their short one and the next highest one (cant remember the names). They have a lot of adjustability to them up and down, fore and aft. Both of them in any position took the wind off my chest. Both of them in any position took all that wind and promptly dumped it in my face. It made it VERY loud with my 3/4 helmet and even difficult to breath at times. Using both shields they were adjusted from a few inches below my nose to a few inches above. Ive determined I dont like windshields The color did match my bike pretty good though and at certain angles made it hard to tell you even had a windshield.

Friendly sort, huh?

Actually the part is on backorder from HD (as evidenced by the out of stock online thing). You really think shops keep large parts like that in stock? Nope, and yes I checked.
