Softer clutch controls?

Softer clutch controls?
I have a kinda odd question, so please bear with me...
I just bought my wife a new (2015) Sportster 883 Low and she loves it. Its an absolutely perfect fit for her (I feel like a bear on a minibike on it) and she has big plans for it (plans that will no doubt hurt my wallet deeply).
The only issue she has is that she has the beginnings of arthritis in her left hand and after only a little while in the city her fingers start to really hurt her.
She is a tough ol' gal and will suck it up, but it usually means only one day of riding a week.
Since I am the type of guy that doesnt like to see her in pain, I am looking for something - anything - that could soften or shorten the clutch for her.
She can barely work the clutch on my Fat Bob, but the clutch on the Sportster is much lighter and smoother, which is why I bought it.
So all that said, here is the question:
Are there any levers that would make it easier for her to work the controls? Mainly just the clutch - the brake doesnt seem to be an issue.
Anyone have actual experience with them? I have seen a lot of adjustable hand controls that shorten the throw, but no one I know has actual experience with them.
Thanks in advance!

I have this in my sportster 48 and it's great Mine reduced my "pull" effort by 30%. It is from a company in Germany called Clutchlite - http://www.clutchlite.de/en_home.html
I would caution against getting any knock-offs of this - you'll have engagement problems and a hard time finding "N".
You do not need to remove the primary cover to do this on an 883. I had my tech do it at the dealer but I could have done it myself, just didn't have the tools at the time.
Here is a link to the "xtra soft pull" version on Amazon, this should be a greater decrease in effort than 30%. Will be good for your wife's arthritis. Please check the original site to make sure it's the right part #, etc... -

I installed this about 3 weeks ago and it works wonders. My hand doesn't cramp anymore. Highly recommended!
