Default Shinko 777

Good day folks!!

I read a thread on here about shinkos and everything I've read so far sounds good... BUT

To my understanding, the 777s are low-pros and I am wondering... with a 1998 Hugger (that's already lower) are low-pros a good idea?

Any thoughts?

I have run the shink 230's on another bike with great success and the reviews on the 777's seem to be very good.

I see that there are 712s and 777s and 230s and others... what are the differences?

These look nice. I don't want the low pros - I think these balloon tires will last longer and be a better ride.

Thanks for that! It's always good to get real live feed back.

Turns out I can get 230s for mine (I think)... so now to decide between 230s, 717s, or 777s...

I'll probably end up with the 777s since it says specifically that they're made for handling and tread life. All reviews say they are a great wet weather tire... and they are made for cruising.

I've been considering the shinko brand as well, found a great deal on a front tire from motorcycle superstore, but sadly they don't have any rear shinko tires that fit my bike (i need 150/80 R16 71H)

Just mounted a Shinko Raven 009 to my Superlow 883. Luv it!! Too bad they don't make an 18" front matching tire or I'd get that one too.
