In1974 I learned on an oldHonda 125. Spent a hundred dollars cause I needed to commute to a job a few miles from home. Knew nothing.In retrospect, I was damn lucky not to have been killed.Didn't do any riding for 30 years, then bought my harley, took the MSF course and finally got legal.

 

I learned in 1982 on a Honda NightHawk 650...went to the dealer, picked it out. Rolled it outside and took off. After 15 minutes I had the hang of it. Guess it came naturally to me. Just lucky.

 

First bike was a bright yellow 49cc Yamaha FS-1E when I was 16 years old.

 

Started with a mini bike in the 70s. Had a Honda spree in the late 80s. learned about a hand clutch on a Honda ATC 200x three wheeler. My first road bike is my 07 Sportster 1200L

Almost 2 years ago on my 883C. That's after more than 20 years and a few failed attempts at trying to get a bike

 

At age 45. Took the MSF class last June and in July bought my first bike, a 07 1200L. Had only ridden 4 wheelers in the past but allways wanted to ride. Been a blast so far.
