Default Which air filter is the easiest to change ?

Hi guys , which air filter is the easiest and best to be able to change it out every few weeks . I want to be able to just unscrew it and change it .
i want an air filter that can withstand salt air , sand , dirt and tons of rain ..

With the HD, i need to buy new gaskets and screws for it on a regular basis , very hard and expensive to do here ...

Zero chance of doing a new MAP here ..

K&N filters are washable and reusable. They are made to both fit the stock box as well as many aftermarket applications.

Are you running the stock air cleaner?
If you order the K&N also order the recharge kit. It's just a cleaner and filter oil that helps trap the dirt.

Yes running stock , I am worried about the amount of sand that is on the roads here , like having to cross 50 metres of very soft fine sand 8 times in a few days ..that was on a beach .

My ness big sucker k&n filter, which is basically the same as the hd round job, the most of the other round 3 post filters... takes about 10 minutes to get off, 2-3 hours to "recharge" (clean, dry, re-oil), and 10 minutes to reinstall.

I keep the rain sock on mine year round, rain or shine. .... keeps dirt out of the filter

K&N filters are generally known as "performance" filters, meaning they flow better due to a lower restriction. That's good for the typical user, but may be less than ideal in a "dirty" environment. I recommend you keep a rain sock on it full time if you're riding in a dirty environment.
