installed new speed sensor on my 95 883 got the speedo and canceling turns sigs to work but i may be crazy but it seemed my bike idle was better than before so am i crazy or does the speed sensor affect the idle it is a carb bike but there was a diff also got rid of vaccum petcock and installed a gravity feed (yes i plugged vac line) maybe that was a soon to be prob but i am happy now but still curious thnx

 

Did the same thing on my 2001 , think I had a leaking vacuum line to the petcock and a leaking voes. Cleaned up the idle and ran much better.
