I pulled my stock cable off and took it down to my local hydraulic hose shop. They cut off the stock rubber section and crimped on a new longer rubber section. Pressure tested it and sent me on my way for about $30. I think I had them lengthen the hose by about 6" from stock piece. That price included some crush washers and brake fluid. I also went with the 10" minis.
get a brake line for a "72". they have the 10" mini apes. when I put my mini apes on, I just bought throttle/clutch cables and brake line using the 72's part numbers
