I have Khrome Werks 3" slip ons now. Im interested in 3" Rush slip ons so would I be able to just put Rush baffles in my Khrome Werks slip ons rather than swapping entire muffler?

Most likely not. Each manufacturer usually has their own mount system for their baffles. Doesn't hurt to look at how they bolt in just in case, but just swapping the cans is likely going to be the easiest unless you get extremely lucky.
