How long are you going to be over here? Progressive shocks are imports, which adds UK taxes and shipping costs to them and they are not very good value IMHO over here, compared with US prices. We have Hagon shocks who are British old chap and in London, also make jolly good shocks. If you were to contact them in advance I'm sure they could build them and arrange to get them to you or you could collect. I have their basic shocks, but would prefer to have their Nitro - something to consider!
I'm no fan of Warrs, but they are probably most likely to be able to supply that valve, although I would also contact them in advance. UK dealers are much smaller than US ones and do not hold anything like the same levels of stock, so cannot be relied on to supply over the counter. Consider contacting Jersey H-D (on the island of Jersey in the Channel Islands, not the USA) to see if they can supply you in Israel. They don't hold much stock either, but have always been quick supplying parts for me, also do not charge UK taxes.
Hope that helps.

If you contact Warrs and/or Hagon in advance I'm sure they can ensure they have the parts you want by the time you get here. Both are only a short distance from central London. Shocks are quite heavy bulky items which will probably attract attention at any airports you go through!
