Wow, you give a new meaning to "bagger" lol. That is a lot of stuff. I see why you have 200k+ miles. Ride safe!

Bike is off the operating table....my Bikini Beach Bars with SS Braided cables and chrome ergonomic levers -comfortable hand position and ability to sit straight up without forward lean that stresses my back.

Flander Sweptback (before)

Bikini Beach Bars with fairings (after)

Beach Bars without fairings (after)

Ergonomic levers

But the best part of this operation was no engine vibration (new motor mounts), no engine noise (DK Customs Rocker Lockers), no PV interference (re-routed cable).

Update: With new motor mounts, more vibration felt at 3200-3500 RPM. I wonder if my crank is out of balance/spec. because the vibration is in my feet i.e. footpegs...just a thought.

Yup...going to have the lead mechanics test ride it and figure it out. I have no time to fuss with this and that to figure it out. Will report back once they go test ride. Just by my vague description of what's happening i.e. lower shift points, vibration at top side of each gear and when it hits around 3100 rpm, my mechanic said perhaps a tune but he will take it for a test so he can feel the vibes.

Glad you got your bike back from surgery. The bars, new cables and chrome bits look good!

Re align the left side exhaust pipe, it's a little off in this shot.
You indicated "Exhaust is custom fabbed using the FLH crossover pipe from 2014" What kind of custom fab did you do? Did you have to make your own mounting brackets. Where did you route the crossover....behind the rear cylinder or under the bike? Something I was "thinking" of doing.
