Yup, it has been a while since I took off the bags....but only temporary. I like being able to carry stuff and still ride free i.e. no extra weight on my person as I am sure you can relate.

I am amazed how many vocal bagger-haters there are on the other site I just joined. Just trying to make a point there....Bagger or not, it's still a sporty. Then I will go silent and be a passive reader. I guess here, it's moderated.

Fairings and bags

No fairings with bags

No fairings no bags

hmmmm.....not sure about the fairings, but definitely keeping the bags. I hate wearing backpacks.
I like that fairing.

Could not have said it better myself. My taste is definitely far from the norm, but everytime I look at my sportster it looks perfect

With bags you always have an excuse to ride to the store to pick up a 12 pack of beer and a bottle of Crown Royal Black.

My thoughts exactly....my bike is my own, and not trying to please anyone else but myself.

I always tell myself that if I do not have anything constructive to say about something I do not like...don't say it. Haters don't bother me (you will always have those in forums), but when haters mouth off with ignorant remarks...I try to educate so they see the facts and perhaps open their minds..lol.
