Default Drag Pipes

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I just bought my first Harley, a 05 883 custom. The bike has what I believe to be straight drag pipes on it and I really don't care for the sound. I like a low, deep sound. Without spending alot of money right now, what can I do to change the way the bike sounds? Does anyone make some type of baffle or something I can install myself to get a better sound? Thanks for any input you have to offer. This is a picture of the bike, can you tell what type of pipes are on it?

From your pics you do have drag pipes.I dont if they will affect sound but they do sell torque cones for drag pipes.I got the vance and hines straight shots, they sound great and have removable baffles so if I want to get louder I can,but there pretty loud either way.

Try rolling up a piece of chicken wire and slipping it in the end of the pipe then jam it home with a broomstick. I know it sounds crazy but I did it when I was a kid with my Honda when the whole end of my muffler rusted out and fell right off. By varing the amount of chicken wire and how much I jammed it in with the broom handle I could vary theloudness and tone. See that's the kind of wisdom you gain grownig up on a farm, bailing wire and sealing tar can fix anything!

i have the vance and hines straight shots too, I am curious mine didnt come with baffles someone removed them along the line when i bought it. What is the difference in sound when the baffles are in? Is it lower and deeper? Seems my vance and hines are loud, but higher pitched and harsh, i was thinking of getting baffles for them, but wont if it doesnt make much difference. I like loud pipes, but like a lower pitched deeper sound.
