Perhaps a few more details would be helpful.

Sorry, I'm shopping for an exhaust, tuner and air breather.

Without going into too much detail(mainly because I don't know the full answer ) the answer is pretty much no. I'm assuming by clearance you mean something that won't drag on corners?

Regardless usually the exhaust that make the most power are 2 into 1 systems with some sort of baffling....the the exhaust thay make the most noise usually have no baffling, are usually kinda short, and sometimes loose power.

Three 2 into 1 systems come to mind.
RSD slant , mid controls , or rear sets only.
RSD tracker , the ultimate ground clearance , either controls , no passenger.
D&D bobcat , either controls.
Slant and Bobcat are known for better than average cornering clearance.
All good performers , none are known for their stealth sound.

Loudest / Best Performance / Clearance

Non-baffled short pipes with TTi's maybe for an exhaust...
DKcustoms A/C's or Vance n Hines A/C?
NightRider Xied's for a budget tuner?

I love the sound of my Vance and Hines short shots. They also look pretty good too! I have not noticed any performance issues but one of my winter mods is a new A/C system.

Contrary to popular myth, you can get loud and best performance.

We have done hundreds of dyno pulls on different bikes. Almost without exception they all generate the best power, throughout the RPM band, at different throttle positions (not just wide open), with open exhaust and Thunder Torque Inserts.

There are hundreds of testimonials on the forum here of how they increase low & mid range power on anything from straight pipes thru high dollar 2-1 exhaust systems.

Read more about them at the link above. Dyno charts are also at that link.

Regarding clearance, there are many configurations, including 2-1's, that have no clearance issues...many other hard parts will scrape before the exhaust...see the one on the DK Sporty in the video below...2-1, TTI and zero clearance issues leaned all the way over.

I've put a couple of vids at the bottom that you may find interesting.

Regarding Stage 1 kits, we have a variety to fit different budgets and different desires. I believe you will be hard pressed to find a better fit for your needs. Stage 1 Kits LINK.
